A campaign built on listening first: Herrera launches an independent bid to represent New Rochelle, Pelham and Pelham Manor.
Community leader and advocate Edwinna Herrera today announced her independent campaign for the Westchester County Board of Legislators in District 11.
"Our neighbors are being squeezed by the cost of living while too many decisions get made without them in the room," Herrera said. "This campaign starts by listening — door by door, block by block."
The campaign will run an ongoing District 11 Community Survey so residents can tell the campaign directly what matters most, with aggregated results published publicly.
